Role Overview
The Education Counsellor will engage with prospective and current students to promote and enroll them in high-demand certification courses. This role requires excellent communication and persuasive skills to convert leads and upsell courses effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inquiries, follow up diligently, and ensure conversion of leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain engagement with existing customers to encourage further course enrollments and upselling.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery of training programs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for generating leads.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Proficient in spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and convincing abilities.
- At least one year of experience as an admission counsellor or in a related education counselling role.
- Diploma in any specialization is mandatory.
