Role Overview
This position is for an education counsellor at a training institute in Pune, where the main focus is to guide prospective students and their parents, manage incoming enquiries, and support admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with students and parents to explain available courses and help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up on prospects consistently and turn qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Respond to enquiries received through phone calls, the website, and direct walk-ins.
- Work toward monthly targets for admissions as well as revenue.

Compensation
