Ecommerce Operations Executive - Trading Card Games

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Business Operations Executive to support and expand our growing Trading Card Game (TCG) business. This multifaceted role combines sales, community interaction, and operational responsibilities, perfect for individuals passionate about the TCG sector and committed to enhancing both business development and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the ecommerce platform using Shopify to boost the online store performance.
• Drive pre-order campaigns and convert leads into sales to meet monthly revenue goals.
• Engage and cultivate relationships within TCG communities on Telegram, Discord, Facebook groups, and other channels.
• Maintain long-term partnerships with collectors, players, retailers, and community influencers.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide timely order updates, and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
• Administer customer loyalty, membership, and rewards programs to promote repeat purchases and retention.
• Coordinate inventory management including stock allocation, packing, preparation, and shipping of orders.
• Conduct inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and assist with receiving new inventory.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and orders, maintain up-to-date sales and pre-order records.
• Generate sales reports and assist forecasting to support product launches, promotions, and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Take ownership of projects and contribute to business growth strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related areas.
• Fresh graduates interested in the TCG industry are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred experience: 1 to 3 years in sales, ecommerce, retail, customer service, or operational roles.
• A genuine enthusiasm for trading card games is highly desirable.
• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms is advantageous.
• Comfortable participating in online community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Facebook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective relationship building with customers and communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications.
• Self-driven, able to work independently, detail-focused, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
