Sales Team Overview
The sales organisation supports Reckitt’s purpose by growing business with customers across stores and online channels. Globally, the sales force includes around 10,000 people across field sales, key accounts, trade marketing, and category development.
Role Summary
This position sits at the centre of sales operations and calls for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. The Sales Coordinator helps keep the team running smoothly by managing administration, supporting customer communication, and ensuring day-to-day processes stay on track. The role is varied, collaborative, and important to the team’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core administrative work such as calendars, meeting schedules, and travel coordination for the sales team.
- Create polished sales documents, including presentations and reports, to support business activity.
- Help ensure sales orders are processed efficiently by coordinating with internal departments.
- Monitor inventory status with logistics teams and identify areas that need attention.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and respond to requests in a timely, helpful manner.
- Use sales data to analyse performance and support better decision-making.
Experience and Skills Required
- Prior experience supporting sales teams, with strong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Clear, warm, and efficient communication style with good relationship-building skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
- Customer-first mindset with a practical approach to solving problems.
- Self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently while managing workload effectively.
