Team and Role Overview
The eBay Advertising Managed Service (EAMS) team supports priority sellers by managing and growing their businesses through eBay's advertising solutions. As an EAMS Agent, you will oversee and optimize Cost Per Click advertising campaigns for a portfolio of high-value UK sellers, aiding them in meeting their goals and driving advertising revenue growth. This role collaborates closely with the UK Ads Growth team, multiple business units, and customer experience partners, offering significant exposure to leadership and chances to expand the Promoted Listings Advanced program among Focus and SMB sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CPC advertising campaigns for selected priority sellers to encourage adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with business units to onboard and integrate new sellers into the Managed Service program, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with sellers and internal teams as the main contact for Managed Service accounts.
- Create advertising strategies aligned with sellers’ goals and budgets to maximize campaign efficacy and business results.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on performance data, offering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Deliver projects and initiatives on schedule while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and customer experiences to foster growth of the Managed Services program.
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in performance-driven digital advertising, specifically with Cost Per Click models and eBay's ad platforms.
- Track record of surpassing commercial goals within customer-focused environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills and influence across organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and customer focus.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management competencies adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other PC-based applications.
