Role Summary

In this position, you will manage the quality and completeness of product information across the company’s e-commerce platform. The job focuses on building new product entries, refining existing listings, and making sure each item is presented clearly, accurately, and attractively.

Key Duties

• Collect and organize product details from the relevant internal sources.
• Prepare concise, customer-friendly product titles and descriptions.
• Upload product photos and verify that image presentation is correct.
• Set product attributes, pricing, and category assignments with accuracy.
• Review live listings to spot mistakes, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Work with internal teams to correct listing issues promptly.
• Help improve how products appear, how easily they can be found, and the overall website experience.

Profile Requirements

• Strong ability to analyze product data, track listing quality, and identify improvement opportunities.
• High attention to detail for data entry, formatting, and image management.
• Comfort using e-commerce systems, spreadsheets, and basic content management tools.
• Background in online retail, merchandising, or data entry is an advantage.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related area is helpful.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
