Internship Tracks and Responsibilities
We are seeking enthusiastic interns to join our team in two distinct tracks, providing practical experience in fast-growing sectors of digital commerce.
E-Commerce Operations Intern
- Assist with daily TikTok Shop tasks including managing product listings, setting up campaigns, and monitoring inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for live events and branding activities.
- Organize schedules for hosts, prepare briefing materials, and compile run-of-show documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Support the account team in client communication and follow-up efforts.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
Media Intern
- Contribute to content strategy and distribution on TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Assist with outreach, onboarding, and coordination of creators and hosts.
- Monitor content performance metrics and prepare analytical reports.
- Gain exposure to business development activities such as prospecting clients and supporting proposals.
- Help with client communications and meeting preparations.
- Support post-campaign reviews and asset management.
Candidate Profile
E-Commerce Operations Intern:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interest in TikTok, live shopping, and the creator economy.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
Media Intern:
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s programs in Marketing, Media, Communications, or similar fields.
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Detail-focused and proactive with follow-up initiatives.
- Keen to learn business development strategies and client interaction.
Additional Information
Compensation: $18 per hour or stipend depending on individual capabilities.
Location: Brooklyn, NY with a hybrid work arrangement.
Start Date: Immediate.
