Driver Valeter

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and energetic Driver Valeter to join our Motorstore team located in Liverpool. This full-time role involves preparing vehicles to an exceptional standard, including thorough cleaning and maintenance, ensuring they are ready for presentation and use.

Working Hours

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including alternating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously clean both sold and stock vehicles to high quality standards.
• Operate high-powered pressure washers for external vehicle cleaning.
• Use vacuum cleaners and shampoo equipment to thoroughly clean vehicle interiors.
• Apply polishing and buffing techniques using machines to enhance vehicle bodywork.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines when handling chemicals.
• Maintain and secure all equipment, reporting any malfunctions and following manufacturer and PPE instructions.
• Meet time frames and productivity targets set by management.
• Maintain daily logs documenting work completed each day.
• Perform additional duties to support branch operations as needed.

Requirements

• Possession of a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Self-driven with a collaborative attitude suitable for team environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and skills development.

While prior valet experience is advantageous, candidates enthusiastic about the role and meeting the requirements will receive comprehensive training, including participation in the Arnold Clark Valet Academy.
