Role Overview

As a Doorman, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay. Your duties will include the safekeeping of guest vehicles and efficient management of the hotel's forecourt area.

Key Details

• Position: Doorman
• Compensation: Up to £27,500 per annum plus incentives
• Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2 days on, 2 days off rotation

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during their arrival and departure, providing courteous and professional service
• Oversee traffic flow and maintain clear hotel entrance areas
• Coordinate taxi services and assist with guest luggage as necessary
• Ensure constant presence at the front door, the initial and final guest contact point
• Remain vigilant to the presence of guests, visitors, and suspicious activities or items
• Securely manage and store car keys of guests
• Keep the hotel's front entrance clean and well-presented at all times
• Administer parking fees and payments following hotel policies
• Provide support for Porter and Desk Concierge duties during coverage or breaks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on hotel amenities, daily happenings, and emergency protocols
• Report any maintenance issues, concerns, or guest complaints promptly to relevant authorities
• Comply with all Health & Safety, fire, and security guidelines
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Concierge or management team
