Role overview
This position is for a dispatcher based in Dubai, with a requirement of 2–3 years of experience and a hospitality background.
What you will do
You will handle the day-to-day coordination of dispatch activities, including organizing driver and staff schedules, monitoring service requests, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between front office, housekeeping, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience working as a dispatcher or coordinator in hotels, resorts, or another hospitality setting
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfort in a fast-moving, guest-oriented environment
- Exposure to dispatch systems or PMS software is considered an advantage
- Availability to work in shifts, weekends included
