Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate storyteller to lead and develop impactful communication strategies that elevate SHEIN's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Within the ESG framework, devise and implement communication plans featuring engaging content that highlights the company’s priorities across various channels to reach diverse stakeholders.
  • Spot and promote thought leadership openings that align with the ESG strategy and broader communication goals.
  • Work collaboratively with organizational leaders and experts to craft insightful narratives that motivate and involve both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor practices in ESG communications to identify gaps, differentiation opportunities, and emerging directions.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts alongside partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in communications, preferably with exposure to ESG, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, or Sustainability communications on either the agency or client side.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, with a proven ability to produce authentic and strategic content that resonates across multiple platforms and audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing omnichannel communication strategies and plans.
  • Strategic thinker focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through communications.
  • Highly self-driven with a strong initiative and capacity to work independently.
  • Native-level English proficiency, especially in corporate PR and social media writing; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is advantageous.
