Director, Strategic Initiatives

About the Role

ServiceNow is looking for an experienced Director to lead critical transformation programs within the post-sale Commercial Experience Group (CEG). This leadership position requires handling complex challenges, devising comprehensive plans, and driving the execution of strategic initiatives focused on commercial and operating model redesign.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initial problem definition through to successful execution.
• Oversee governance of initiatives, track key milestones, and coordinate dependencies across multiple functions.
• Translate executive guidance into structured strategic recommendations and develop analytical frameworks that shape CEG strategy.
• Facilitate alignment among Finance, Product teams, and geographic leadership to ensure cohesive execution.
• Create scalable tools, playbooks, and operational rhythms to standardize transformation efforts.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or corporate development.
• Proven track record utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline processes.
• Exceptional skills in financial and operations modeling with the ability to communicate findings to senior executives effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to exert influence and navigate within complex and matrixed corporate environments.
• Strong executive-level communication abilities.
