Role Overview

The Director of Semiconductor Supply Chain Management will lead and reshape SiTime's global supply chain during a critical expansion phase. This position demands both strategic foresight and direct operational involvement to develop resilient, flexible supply networks that efficiently bring cutting-edge timing products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an innovative supply chain roadmap aligned with ambitious growth and technology plans.
• Drive the modernization of supply chain infrastructure utilizing advanced analytics and automation to improve visibility and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Lead initiatives that transform supply chain operations, increasing agility, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate extensively with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance departments to synchronize supply logistics with product development and customer demands.
• Optimize global supplier relationships, balancing cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and risk management.
• Design and implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to address semiconductor market volatility and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Build and nurture a high-performing, innovative team focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in crafting and deploying strategic supply chain roadmaps supporting growth and technological advancement.
• Demonstrated leadership in upgrading supply chain systems via analytics and automated solutions for superior operational insight.
• Track record of managing supply chain transformation projects that enhance competitiveness through improved flexibility, reliability, and cost control.
• Ability to foster cross-functional partnerships across engineering, operations, sales, and finance to align supply capacities with evolving product and customer needs.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing large-scale supplier networks with a focus on balancing cost, quality, and risk.
• Strong skills in developing risk management frameworks tailored to the semiconductor industry's specific challenges.
