About the Company
A confidential organization is searching for an experienced Director of Scheduling & Coordination to spearhead a vital function managing top-priority meetings, official visits, calls, executive requests, and leadership directives.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for directing the strategic scheduling and management of critical meetings, official visits, calls, and executive engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of executive schedules and briefing notes across daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly timelines.
- Ensure precise documentation and regular updating of all requests, decisions, recommendations, and related information.
- Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Supervise the creation of executive reports, minutes of meetings, case summaries, and proposals for gatherings and calls.
- Guarantee that leadership directives are communicated clearly and implemented within specified deadlines.
- Examine and validate files and information received from stakeholders.
- Formulate operational plans, objectives, policies, procedures, budget plans, and implement improvement strategies for the department.
- Lead, mentor, and assess the departmental team, ensuring an effective distribution of duties.
- Provide strategic counsel, periodic reports, and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify operational risks and take necessary steps to maintain business continuity and high service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is advantageous.
- At least 12 to 15 years of relevant professional experience, encompassing executive coordination, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, or similar roles.
- Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership or managerial positions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and managing sensitive, high-level engagements.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
