Description de l'emploi
Role Overview
This position is a high-priority opening for a seasoned operations leader with strong clinical understanding to oversee the performance and growth of critical partnerships with hospitals and health systems. The role blends healthcare knowledge, structured project execution, and strategic account leadership to ensure partner programs are launched effectively, adopted successfully, and continue to deliver measurable clinical value in complex hospital settings.
The selected candidate will act as the main strategic and operational point of contact, driving smooth execution across teams and ensuring partnership goals translate into clinical and operational results.
Core Responsibilities
Use performance data, reporting, and KPIs to shape operational changes and strategic actions that help the partnership meet or exceed targets.
- Own assigned hospital system relationships as the operational lead, with accountability for relationship quality, partner satisfaction, and clinical outcome achievement.
- Work closely with department leaders, CMOs, CNOs, and other hospital stakeholders to understand care pathways and embed the program into existing workflows.
- Spot expansion opportunities by clearly showing the clinical and financial return on investment to executive-level stakeholders.
- Develop and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with senior and mid-level hospital decision-makers.
- Manage implementation projects from start to finish, including planning, staffing/resource coordination, and risk control.
- Oversee onboarding and rollout activities so new partners are integrated quickly and smoothly, including coordination with hospital IT and EMR systems.
- Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams such as Product, Clinical Operations, and Technology to keep deliverables and timelines on track.
- Monitor governance and provide recurring operational and clinical performance updates to both internal and external leadership.
- Act as the top escalation contact for difficult clinical workflow issues and resolve them quickly to reduce disruption.
Qualifications
- Strong preference for candidates with a clinical background in Philadelphia, especially those who are currently or previously licensed as an RN, Paramedic, or Social Worker.
- Deep familiarity with hospital workflows, service line operations, and the operational and financial realities of acute care environments.
- Excellent organizational ability and a careful, detail-oriented approach to managing complex implementation work.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in strategic account management, partner operations, or complex project management within hospital or health system settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Clinical Sciences such as Nursing or Allied Health, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi-stakeholder implementation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence hospital administrators and clinical leaders.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for partner meetings and implementation support.
