  • Raise the standard of service, beverage execution, culinary quality, and the overall guest experience.
  • Manage facilities, preventive maintenance, vendor partnerships, capital improvement work, and the ongoing condition of company assets.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Hire, coach, and develop a strong operations team, including General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Executive Chefs, and site leadership.
  • Create a culture that values accountability, teamwork, coaching, and ongoing improvement.

Financial Management

  • Partner with ownership and finance to build and manage operating budgets.
  • Review financial results regularly, identify improvement opportunities, and implement plans to strengthen EBITDA.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and financial clarity across the business.

Growth & Development

  • Lead operational preparation and execution for new restaurant openings.
  • Support site selection, buildouts, and expansion projects alongside ownership and development partners.
  • Create scalable systems and infrastructure that can support future growth.

Guest Experience & Brand Standards

  • Ensure guests receive a consistent experience across every concept and location.
  • Build initiatives that improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with marketing and leadership teams so operational delivery matches the company’s brand vision.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local rules, including labor regulations, health department standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Upkeep safety practices that protect employees, guests, and company property.

Innovation

  • Stay informed on hospitality trends and new technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Introduce operational tools and improvements that make the business more efficient and improve the guest experience.

Leadership Scope

This role has direct oversight of General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Executive Chefs, kitchen leadership, HR support, and future regional operations leaders. It also works closely with executives across Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Development.

  • Successful track record managing restaurant openings from pre-opening through launch.
  • Experience using restaurant technology platforms such as Toast, OpenTable, Resy, Restaurant365, Paycom, or comparable systems.
  • Experience in upscale, lifestyle, fine dining, or premium casual restaurant concepts is preferred.

Compensation
