Position Summary

This leadership role is responsible for driving client relationships, contract oversight, and operational performance for the assigned business unit and market segments. The position partners closely with business development, preconstruction, and estimating teams to keep the project pipeline strong and aligned with the company’s growth plans. It also champions ongoing improvement efforts aimed at stronger productivity, better operational performance, compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.

Operational Leadership

  • Create and execute plans that support operational excellence, safe working practices, budget control, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and participate in continuous improvement efforts across projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Work with executive leadership on company-wide operational initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Take on special assignments and other strategic operational priorities as needed.

Client & Contract Management
