Key Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing activities across two separate facilities.
• Enhance safety protocols, product quality, delivery timelines, productivity rates, and cost management.
• Mentor and develop supervisors along with other operations leaders to foster a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
• Spearhead continuous improvement programs to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Formulate and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's future expansion goals.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership style with strong involvement on the production floor.
• Extensive experience in metal stamping manufacturing.
• Proven success managing high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Experience overseeing multi-shift production environments.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making focused on KPIs.
• Union manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Background in automotive manufacturing is highly preferred.
