Role Overview

We are searching for a seasoned and passionate Director of Finance ready to become a key figure in guiding the financial direction of one of Doha's premier luxury destinations. This pivotal leader will oversee comprehensive financial operations, ensuring robust financial health, regulatory adherence, strategic foresight, and operational efficiency across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance team, ensuring efficient daily financial operations.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management processes.
• Guarantee compliance with internal policies, local laws, and audit standards.
• Offer strategic financial advice supporting business growth and decision-making.
• Analyze and monitor financial performance to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with department heads and essential stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a high-level finance leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Deep understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Adeptness in rapidly changing, high-pressure environments.
• Keen analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hospitality financial software is considered beneficial.
