Key Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the existing team while facilitating daily collaboration

Candidate Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in executive management or similar roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and strong execution skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and persuasive abilities
• Fluent in both German and English, including business-level proficiency
