Description de l'emploi
Company Overview
Unlock Your Strengths helps organizations identify human potential and build stronger sales teams by matching people to roles where they can perform at their best. The company supports clients across talent discovery, role analysis, recruiting, screening, hiring, and change management. It also provides sales training, leadership development, team-building, coaching, and motivation programs designed to attract, develop, and keep top performers.
Role Overview
The Director of Leadership Development is a remote contract position focused on creating, delivering, and managing leadership development programs for clients, especially sales-led organizations. The role involves understanding client needs, building scalable learning content, and leading virtual workshops, coaching sessions, and training initiatives that strengthen leadership skills across multiple levels.
Key Duties
You will work with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure each program supports business objectives, has measurable outcomes, and improves over time through ongoing refinement. Core work includes designing learning roadmaps, coordinating schedules and resources, keeping programs on track, and offering expert guidance on leadership and organizational development best practices. The role may also include helping with proposals, supporting client-facing presentations, and mentoring junior facilitators or coaches when required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in training and development, with a track record of designing and delivering learning experiences for varied audiences. You should have strong leadership development expertise, including creating frameworks and curricula for leaders at different levels. Coaching experience is important, especially in one-on-one and group settings aimed at improving performance, behavior, and leadership growth.
Program management capability is also essential, including planning, running, and evaluating multi-session or multi-cohort development initiatives. Experience in sales organizations is preferred, particularly in training, enablement, or leadership-related work. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are needed for both virtual and in-person settings.
This role requires someone who can work independently in a remote contract environment while handling several client engagements and deadlines at once. A bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is expected, and an advanced degree or relevant certifications such as coaching, instructional design, or leadership development would be an advantage.
Additional Information
This is a contract role based in the United States and is intended to be performed remotely. No salary, opening count, start date, or application deadline was provided in the source.
