About the Role
This role is a pivotal operational leadership position within a rapidly expanding supplement brand entering the U.S. market. Reporting directly to the GM / SVP of U.S. Brands, the Director of Commercial Operations will drive alignment and integration across commercial, supply chain, demand planning, operations, shipping, and logistics functions. The focus is to ensure seamless, end-to-end execution to keep products in stock, forecasts precise, launches on track, and customers well served, scaling efficiently across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire commercial operations for the U.S. brand, partnering with senior leadership to drive execution and build scalable processes that support swift growth.
- Manage and optimize third-party logistics and manufacturing relationships across retail, wholesale, Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop, and emerging channels.
- Develop reporting and operational tools to improve commercial effectiveness and ensure smooth customer onboarding and product launches.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting across all channels, continuously improving forecast accuracy and inventory productivity.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, aligning sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain around a unified operating plan.
- Manage order-to-cash processes to boost fill rates, order accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Own key performance indicators such as OTIF, fill rate, inventory health, launch readiness, and customer service metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to optimize inventory levels, manage slow-moving stock, and support production planning.
- Lead operational execution of new product launches, establishing frameworks and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial reporting and business systems including ERP, enhancing data quality and decision-making capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in commercial operations within CPG, food, beverage, wellness, or consumer products sectors.
- Proven expertise managing retail and digital commerce channels including Amazon and DTC platforms.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, supply chain execution, and commercialization.
- Experience leading demand planning, S&OP, and commercial launch execution.
- Solid analytical, financial, and project management skills, familiar with ERP and planning/reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
