Description de l'emploi
Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Director of AI Innovation in the United States. The position focuses on steering enterprise-wide AI transformation by identifying, testing, and scaling emerging technologies that create measurable business value.

The role brings together business strategy, technology, and outside innovation networks such as startups, venture capital groups, and research organizations.
A major part of the job is leading experimentation through an AI Innovation Lab and turning promising concepts into production-ready solutions. You will also track developments in areas such as generative AI, foundation models, and automation, then convert those insights into actionable recommendations.
This is a highly visible position with significant influence over leadership decisions and enterprise adoption. It is suited to someone who enjoys shaping strategy, building external partnerships, and driving practical innovation in a mission-oriented environment.

- At least 10 years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, or emerging technology roles with strong exposure to AI/ML.
