Role Overview
This position involves managing various aspects related to direct taxation including assessments, appeals, audits, tax advisory, and returns filing with a strong focus on client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing tax assessments and appeals, including representing before CIT(A), Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), and High Court (HC).
- Providing tax advisory services to clients.
- Conducting audits related to direct tax matters.
- Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Coordinating and communicating with clients effectively.
Preferred Experience
Candidates having experience in Transfer Pricing (TP) and cross-border taxation will be advantageous.
