Role and Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge of the company's processes, systems, and engineering methods.
- Exhibit eagerness to learn and implement technical concepts practically.
- Participate in both classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
- Provide assistance to and learn alongside Workshop and Field Service teams during daily operations.
- Observe and support activities related to production, maintenance, quality assurance, and process enhancements.
- Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and operational protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to carry out departmental tasks effectively.
Training and Career Development
Selected individuals will engage in a structured training program lasting one year. Successful trainees with high performance might advance to Field Service Engineer roles, offering technical support and services to clients in varied industrial settings. Future growth depends on performance and role availability.
