Dining Associate (Waiter / Steward)

About the Role

Join Brik Oven as a Dining Associate and become an essential part of our Food & Beverage Service team. Reporting directly to the Chief Hospitality Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent hospitality by ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting in hosting, dine-in service, coffee preparation following our recipes, as well as supporting delivery operations. Maintaining a professional appearance by adhering to our uniform and grooming standards is a vital part of the role. You will also contribute to pre-opening and post-closure tasks to keep daily operations seamless.

Responsibilities

• Support all hosting duties consistent with Brik Oven's hospitality standards
• Assist with dine-in service operations ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Prepare coffee beverages according to the established Brik Oven recipes
• Maintain strict adherence to uniform policies and professional grooming guidelines
• Ensure personal hygiene standards meet company expectations
• Help with setup before opening and cleanup after closing
• Contribute to delivery service activities effectively

Requirements

• Basic reading and writing skills; intermediate verbal communication in English
• Completion of 10th Standard; hospitality certifications are advantageous
• Demonstrated experience in restaurant or related service environments
• Ability to uphold hygiene and grooming standards consistently
• Hospitality-oriented with strong customer service and empathy skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced conditions with multitasking ability
• Physical capability to lift 10 kilograms and stand for extended periods
• Keen attention to detail and ability to address problems effectively
