Position Overview
Join Google as a Digital Strategy Lead within the Accelerated Growth team in Toronto, Ontario. The role focuses on cultivating business growth through Google Ads by managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals. It involves building trusted partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored advertising solutions that drive outstanding results for both Google and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients by navigating a pool of prospects.
- Oversee and strategize full sales pipeline management to meet quarterly quotas.
- Expand customers' use of Google Ads by delivering customized marketing strategies utilizing Google's diverse products.
- Innovate to grow existing client accounts by offering performance improvements and introducing additional Google solutions.
- Maintain steady pipeline development through interactions including meetings, emails, and face-to-face engagements, prioritizing excellent customer service and achievement of business goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of two years' experience in sales, media account management, or a similar field.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and maintain robust client relationships.
- Experience generating new business through proactive prospecting and managing lead business cycles.
- Skilled in fostering and expanding relationships with C-suite executives or key stakeholders.
- Competent in translating complex business challenges into effective Google Ads solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Compensation
The annual salary ranges from CAD 114,000 to 117,000 with an additional 35% bonus target, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
