Role Overview and Responsibilities
The company seeks a commercially savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join its Ecommerce division. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and CRM, this role entails owning the daily management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns to foster efficient growth in key markets.
- Manage daily operations of paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Enhance campaign performance by identifying opportunities to boost Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate extensively with agency partners to ensure campaigns meet set objectives.
- Assist in tracking budgets and conducting performance analyses.
- Produce regular reports that provide actionable insights.
- Support campaign briefing processes to ensure accurate implementation across platforms and partners.
- Coordinate campaign materials among internal teams and agencies, confirming correct formats, specifications, and adherence to deadlines.
- Oversee campaign setup and quality assurance procedures, ensuring correct implementation of creatives, tracking, budgets, and targeting.
- Work closely with agencies to build campaigns and guarantee on-time delivery.
- Monitor readiness for campaign launches to ensure timely execution, proactively identifying risks or issues.
- Contribute to testing strategies involving audiences, creative content, and landing pages.
- Ensure precise tracking and quality control across all paid platforms.
- Align campaign activities closely with CRM and Ecommerce teams to support trading priorities.
Required Experience and Skills
- Between 2 to 4 years of digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Capability to analyze data and provide informed recommendations.
- Experience coordinating with agencies or multiple stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness of ecommerce key performance indicators.
