Role overview
A healthcare-focused organization in Al Qusais, Dubai is seeking a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in WordPress website handling and Google Ads. This is a full-time position for someone who can manage paid campaigns, support website updates, and contribute to broader digital marketing efforts.
What you’ll do
- Build, launch, and improve Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max formats.
- Review campaign results regularly and make changes that help improve return on investment.
- Maintain the company’s WordPress site by uploading content, creating landing pages, and resolving basic technical issues.
- Handle foundational SEO work such as on-page improvements and keyword placement.
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media channels.
- Work closely with designers and writers to support campaign execution.
- Use Google Analytics and similar reporting tools to monitor website activity and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare weekly as well as monthly performance summaries.
- Keep up with current digital marketing tools, updates, and best practices.
What we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Working knowledge of WordPress website management.
- Basic familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Exposure to social media marketing platforms.
- Good analytical thinking and communication abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and balancing multiple tasks.
Preferred experience and tools
- Google Ads certification is preferred, though not required.
- WordPress experience is important for this role.
- Ability to use Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Experience with Meta Ads would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms is a plus.
