Role Overview

An established EdTech and publishing organization is hiring a designer to support an internal creative team. This role is fully remote for U.S.-based candidates, with working hours aligned to Eastern Time and the possibility of occasional travel. It is a full-time, long-term W2 contract with an hourly pay range of $44 to $54.

What You'll Be Doing

Requirements

  • A strong, modern portfolio attached to the resume that shows editorial design, print work, static and animated paid media, integrated campaigns, and refined execution.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus the ability to use AI tools strategically.
  • Strong understanding of typography and layout, close attention to detail, and a systems-based approach to design across multiple touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, along with a collaborative mindset for giving and receiving feedback.
  • Preferred experience with Figma and Adobe Firefly.
  • Preferred experience producing motion graphics and short-form video.
