About the Role
Join a reputable company with a strong track record of excellence as a DIDO Administrator/Utility personnel based in the Mackay/Bowen Basin area. The position involves handling remote workforce village operations with a focus on RMS system management. This role operates on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster and includes 10-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Administering remote village and camp reservations, including managing a high volume of bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Handling guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and room movements.
- Preparing occupancy reports and keeping reservation records precise.
- Regular communication and coordination with clients, contractors, and onsite personnel.
- Ensuring strict adherence to record-keeping protocols, health, and hygiene standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years' experience in remote mine-site village or workforce camp administration with solid RMS usage.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and supportive approach toward operational needs.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail and effective communication.
- Ability to remain composed and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
- Independent work ethic and ability to manage a demanding reservations workload without supervision.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain an Australian Open Driver’s License, Food Safety Certificate, and Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Capability to pass pre-employment medical examinations including drug testing and provide a National Police Check not older than one month.
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in Australia.
- Willingness to commute to and from the site at personal expense.
