Diagnostic Radiographer

Position Overview

We are excited to invite applications for Diagnostic Radiographer roles at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, part of The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. We encourage applications both from experienced professionals and students expected to graduate in 2026. Successful candidates will join a dynamic Radiology team and have the opportunity to enhance their professional skills in a supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality x-ray imaging following established departmental protocols.
• Conduct theatre, fluoroscopy, and mobile x-ray procedures.
• Participate in on-call duties and support out-of-hours x-ray services.
• Contribute to the training of students and apprentices within the department.
• Deliver excellent patient care across all service areas.
• Undertake both clinical and administrative tasks as part of the Radiology team.
