Position Overview

Join CHIARI GmbH, a branding communication agency located in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, as a Designer. This full-time position offers a hybrid remote working environment, combining home office flexibility with access to a modern office space in the 20th floor of Design Offices near Essen main station.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop compelling design strategies.
• Create logos and corporate design elements.
• Develop and enforce style guides for brand consistency.
• Design presentations and visualize storyboards effectively.
• Conduct image research and build moodboards to inspire design work.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in visual communication, graphic design, or communication design; autodidacts are also welcome.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience within advertising, design, or digital agencies.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong mindset oriented towards brand development.
• Conceptual thinking with a multimedia approach and a focus on pragmatic solutions.
• Passion for high-quality design and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud design tools.
• Solid understanding of technical implementation related to design projects.
• Organized, analytical, and self-motivated work style with excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to continually learn and improve.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
