Role Overview

This position blends design and development expertise, requiring an individual who comprehends both backend data models and frontend interface design. The objective is to streamline complex real-world property management workflows such as accounting, contracts, maintenance, and communications into efficient digital experiences. This role demands the creation of swift prototypes that guide decision-making by validating ideas in practice with actual property managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and deploy product user interfaces from conception through launch and subsequent improvements.
• Ensure high visual and interactive quality standards, focusing on layout, typography, animations, and overall user experience coherence.
• Convert complex operational processes involving accounting, contracts, and maintenance into clear, reliable, AI-enhanced user interfaces.
• Work hands-on by coding prototypes rapidly and iterating based on direct feedback from end-users.
• Contribute to shaping Buena's design philosophy, frontend culture, component libraries, and workflow enhancements as the company grows.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in designing and implementing production-grade web interfaces with full responsibility from conception to iteration.
• Advanced skills in TypeScript, particularly with React/Next.js, and proficient in current CSS standards.
• Keen attention to design details that elevate the interface's polish and user perception.
• Comfortable interfacing with backend technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL to integrate frontend requirements.
• Highly accountable, proactive in decision-making amidst uncertainty, and driven to deliver impactful results swiftly.
• Ability to work onsite full-time; German language proficiency is a considerable advantage but not mandatory.
