About the Role
Take charge of a specific department or universe within the store as the Deputy Store Director, focusing on enhancing team output, elevating client interactions, and achieving business objectives. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to nurture high-achieving teams, ensure leadership continuity, and consistently uphold the distinguished Louis Vuitton brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and sales advisors within your universe.
- Identify and recruit top talent in cooperation with Store Management, fostering their growth.
- Establish clear personal and team goals, monitoring and managing performance proactively.
- Create and sustain a positive, collaborative, and goal-driven team culture.
- Steer business results by leveraging a strong understanding of commercial strategies.
- Support teams in cultivating lasting client relationships using available client management tools.
- Maintain a consistent client-focused approach to deliver outstanding service excellence.
- Design and execute action plans to optimize product performance and boost sales.
- Lead by example on the sales floor by actively engaging in sales, cross-selling, and encouraging client repurchase.
- Build and manage your own personal client portfolio.
- Ensure the sales floor is optimally staffed and that service quality standards are met through active leadership.
- Provide continuous feedback and development coaching to managers, enabling them to grow their teams.
- Guarantee strict adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently across operations.
- Take responsibility for inventory management within your area.
- Assist with workforce planning and liaise with department store partners when necessary.
Profile Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail with a background in team leadership.
- Strong commercial awareness and a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proven capability to nurture talent and enhance team performance.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Confidence in operating as a senior leader within a retail environment.
