About the Role

As a Department Manager, you will lead and motivate your team, building an inclusive workplace that encourages teamwork and an entrepreneurial mindset. What You’ll Do

Customer Sales & Profit

  • Own the end-to-end OMNI customer journey in your store and ensure visual and commercial presentation follows global standards.
  • Act as a positive representative of H&M in every customer interaction.
  • Monitor the department’s strengths and identify commercial opportunities, then respond with practical action.
  • Set and review sales and budget targets, and build plans that improve performance.
  • Make sure customer service is delivered across the store and that the team actively promotes and sells products.

  • Oversee the full garment flow, from delivery to presentation, and maintain fitting room standards using the tools and technology provided.
  • Support in-store OMNI services and technology such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store tools.
  • Maintain clear and balanced pricing communication across the store in line with global, local, and regional guidelines.
  • Keep back-of-house areas updated and organized for all colleagues, including key information, health and safety, and tidiness.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store each day.
