Role Overview

This full-time position requires on-site presence at the BurJuman clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering direct patient care, supporting dentists during various complex dental procedures, managing surgery rooms, and maintaining stringent infection prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive chairside assistance to dentists through a variety of dental treatments.
• Welcome patients, facilitate check-ins, monitor their well-being, and offer comforting support throughout their appointments.
• Thoroughly clean and sterilize dental instruments, adhering rigidly to cross-infection control protocols.
• Manage the opening and closing of surgical rooms daily, prepare necessary materials, and set up treatment areas ahead of patient appointments.
• Accurately document patient information as dictated by dentists and oversee inventory management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Eligibility Letter.
• Possess excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with a keen eye for fine details.
• Demonstrate good physical fitness and stamina to sustain active clinical shifts.
• Exhibit interpersonal skills characterized by friendliness, empathy, confidence, and the ability to connect effectively with a diverse patient population.
