Role Overview

Frasers Hospitality invites applications for the position of Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry at Fraser Suites in Doha. This role involves overseeing the pastry section’s operations and supporting the Executive Chef to ensure kitchen efficiency while adhering to company policies and guest satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, top-quality pastry items including desserts and baked goods, ensuring proper mise-en-place.
• Contribute to the development of new pastry creations for buffets, guest amenities, and banquets.
• Maintain consistent dish preparation and presentation aligned with menu specifications.
• Follow all recipes, procedures, and supervisor instructions meticulously.
• Regularly monitor food temperatures and enforce suitable food safety practices for chilling, reheating, and holding.
• Conduct starter and closing checks of the pastry outlet to ensure cleanliness, food disposal, and correct storage with labeling.
• Manage accurate daily inventory and requisition records.
• Support Sous Chef and Executive Chef in controlling and evaluating production quality, guest satisfaction, merchandising, food costs versus budget, sanitation, housekeeping, hygiene, and recipe card maintenance.
• Supervise pastry kitchen operations to meet workload demands.
• Assist in regular inspections of kitchen areas including cold storage and pastry equipment.
