Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking diligent and dependable Delivery Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure timely and secure delivery of customer orders.
Key Duties
- Ensure prompt pickup and delivery on schedule.
- Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Update order status through the delivery application.
- Collect accurate payments for Cash on Delivery orders.
Required Qualifications & Documents
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a two-wheeler vehicle (bike or scooter) with a valid driving license.
- Own an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Provide Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Vehicle RC, and bank account details.
- Familiarity with local routes and ability to use Google Maps effectively.
