Role overview

This position involves delivering orders and supporting store operations at the Harrah, OK location. Along with driving deliveries, the role includes preparing products, handling orders, managing stock, and keeping the workplace clean and organized.

Key duties

You will be expected to operate equipment used in the store, receive and sort ingredients from deliveries into storage and work areas, and help prepare products. The role also includes taking phone and online orders, counting stock, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

Training and communication

Training is provided on the job through customer service orientation, an interactive computer-based program, and practical hands-on learning. Good communication is important, including the ability to understand and clearly speak or write with customers and coworkers by phone and in person.

Driving and delivery requirements

Delivery work requires you to safely use your own vehicle, follow roads and maps, and handle difficult terrain or stairs while carrying products to delivery locations.

Math and accuracy

The job requires basic arithmetic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division so you can give accurate change. A calculator may be used if needed.

Physical demands

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods, along with lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing ladders or stairs, bending, stooping, crouching, squatting, reaching, and grasping tools or equipment. You must also be comfortable working in changing indoor and outdoor temperatures and conditions.
