About the Role
Domino's is hiring delivery drivers for store locations in the Bethlehem, PA area. The role is designed for people who want a schedule with built-in flexibility, whether they are balancing school, looking for a second source of income, or simply want work that fits around other commitments. What You'll Do
- Deliver pizzas and other products to customers inside the assigned delivery zone.
- Bring product from the vehicle to the customer's door, including navigating stairs, multi-story buildings, homes, and other delivery sites.
- Handle phone and in-person order-taking as needed.
- Operate store equipment and assist with routine store tasks.
- Restock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product and keep the work area organized.
- Take inventory and complete the related paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the store area on a regular basis.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers when required.
What You Need
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- You need access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
- You should be able to read maps, find addresses within the delivery area, and handle changing terrain and weather conditions.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills are needed to process orders.
- You must be comfortable making correct change and performing quick, accurate basic math.
- Ability to enter orders on a computer keyboard or touch screen is important.
- The job calls for steady motor coordination and the ability to work while carrying product.

Training and Growth

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position involves a mix of in-store work and driving. Tasks are mainly performed while standing, with short-distance walking, occasional sitting for paperwork, and frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and climbing. Delivery work may involve carrying product, using hand trucks, and handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Some deliveries may require climbing five or more flights of stairs.
Work conditions may include cold cooler temperatures, hot kitchen areas, sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, sharp tools, moving mechanical parts, and outdoor weather exposure during trash handling and deliveries. The role also requires near, far, and night vision, depth perception, and the ability to tell hot from cold surfaces.
Additional Information
Physical tasks can include standing for most of the shift, walking between the store, the vehicle, and customer locations, and completing paperwork at a desk or table. Bulk deliveries may arrive more than twice a week and may be unloaded with a hand truck. Deliveries can include ingredient and supply cases up to 50 pounds and tray loads that may be stacked or moved on dollies.
Team members may also be asked to use pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. The role includes repeated forward bending at the prep station, occasional crouching for stocking and cleaning, and reaching in multiple directions throughout the day.
