Job Overview
The Prosperia Group seeks a responsible Delivery Boy to efficiently pick up and deliver orders from designated stores or hubs in Mumbai. The position demands punctuality, safety adherence, and professionalism throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect orders from assigned stores or hubs promptly.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of packages to customers.
- Navigate using the assigned delivery routes on the mobile application.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers.
- Guarantee that deliveries arrive undamaged and accurate.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Keep delivery equipment, including bags and vehicles, clean and well-maintained.
- Notify the support team promptly of any delivery challenges or application issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational requirement: Completion of 10th grade (Secondary School).
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
