Work Location and Employment

This is a full-time role with the flexibility of remote work from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analyses and develop predictive models leveraging Python and various data analysis frameworks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and evaluate key performance indicators.
• Create and deploy data visualization solutions that clearly present findings to stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the data science field to continually enhance methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a degree in computer science, statistics, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python programming and SQL database querying.
• Experience implementing machine learning algorithms and utilizing relevant tools.
• Exhibit robust analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years' experience in data science or a similar role, be driven by a passion for utilizing data to impact business outcomes, capable of working autonomously, and comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, dynamic environment.
