About the Role

Join ASB Bank in Auckland as a Data Management Analyst, where you will be integral to the delivery of reliable, governed, and high-quality data. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Data Management Office and experts in analyzing, documenting, and implementing data management and quality solutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses of data-related issues to identify and prevent recurring problems.
• Support projects by assessing the impact of data changes and maintaining data lineage and metadata records.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance data management, governance, and tooling capabilities.
• Develop and sustain data quality rules, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Perform assessments to boost data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Generate analyses and insights to aid decision-making and governance forums.
• Support and educate stakeholders on data tools, processes, and best practices.
