Role Overview

This position involves managing and coordinating the entire data fulfilment lifecycle, ensuring that business data requests are completed with precision, security, and timeliness. The role emphasizes stringent adherence to data quality, governance policies, and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process data enquiries accurately.
• Prepare and deliver precise data extracts to internal and external parties promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive records of fulfilment activities and monitor adherence to service level agreements.
• Collaborate closely with business units, operational teams, customer service, IT, data engineering, compliance, and analytics to streamline workflows and manage data-related challenges.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation tasks to uphold data integrity.
• Document fulfilment procedures and support the advancement of automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Create operational reports and dashboards to provide insight into fulfilment performance and identify areas for process enhancement.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts in enterprise data operations and customer service delivery.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in data fulfilment, operations, processing, reporting, or information management roles.
• Deep understanding of data processing workflows, governance, quality management, validation, reconciliation, document control, and service delivery standards.
• Skilled in SQL and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with enterprise databases, ERP, CRM, ticketing, or workflow tools.
• Proficient in developing operational dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel, or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, APIs, cloud data platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is highly valuable.
• Understanding of data privacy laws, information security frameworks like GDPR and ISO 27001 is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities aimed at resolving data discrepancies and optimizing operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders under multiple priorities.
• Experience in workflow automation, digital transformation, service management, user acceptance testing, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Office Excel Expert add value.
