Role Overview
This part-time onsite position is for a Data Entry Analyst based in the United States. The role centers on keeping business information accurate, organized, and useful for reporting and day-to-day operations. You will handle a mix of data entry, record review, and light analysis to help ensure the company’s data remains reliable and easy to use.
What You’ll Do
- Record, refresh, and maintain information in databases and internal tools.
- Check records for correctness, completeness, and overall consistency.
- Spot data issues such as errors, gaps, and mismatched information, then help fix them.
- Carry out simple validation checks and basic analysis on data sets.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and other data-related documentation.
- Help improve data quality and protect the integrity of stored information.
- Sort, structure, and manage digital files, records, and datasets.
- Work with other teams to resolve issues tied to data.
- Handle information responsibly and follow confidentiality and data handling rules.
- Support reporting requests and other administrative tasks when needed.
