Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven Data Analyst to join our Transformation Product team. You will collaborate closely with the product team to support initiatives aimed at improving agency operations and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire deep knowledge of business operations to provide both routine and special analyses related to spending, performance metrics, compliance, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure data accuracy by validating outputs against original sources for completeness and consistency.
- Work with stakeholders to translate their business inquiries into structured, analytical methodologies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues alongside product and technical teams, conducting root cause analyses.
- Document and help manage data discrepancies or defects reported by the business, assisting with fixes and confirming resolutions with key stakeholders.
- Keep comprehensive records of known data limitations and dependencies to support transparency.
- Create and maintain detailed user stories and acceptance criteria reflecting business and data requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams during backlog refinement and user acceptance testing to verify deliverables meet expectations.
- Oversee administrative duties related to the data platform such as account management, access grants, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analytics.
- Solid technical knowledge of data systems and platforms, such as Snowflake, SQL, or other advanced analytic tools.
- Familiarity with the media industry, including Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media formats, and related areas.
- Strong skills in data management, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-moving business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating business needs clearly to internal teams.
- Prior agency work experience is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce, MBOX, Asana, or Prisma is a plus.
