Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic, round-the-clock service team. This role acts as a pivotal connection between our technology and clientele, utilizing strong expertise to diagnose technical issues, educate users, and deliver prompt, precise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer support calls by performing detailed diagnostics and necessary corrective actions for technical problems.
- Initiate outbound contact with internal teams and customers to accelerate task completion, resolve complex challenges, and instruct users on systems and processes.
- Engage management, specialized support, or external repair partners when needed to ensure quick resolution and minimize operational downtime.
- Keep customers well-informed through consistent updates about ticket progress, anticipated resolution times, and outcomes to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrated 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical support, customer service, or similar desk-based roles.
Compensation and Benefits
The typical hourly wage ranges between $35.00 and $40.00 with eligibility for overtime pay (1.5x base rate) for hours exceeding 40 per week, according to applicable laws.
