Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative eager to assist customers and deliver outstanding service with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat channels promptly.
- Address and resolve customer problems efficiently and professionally.
- Document interactions and customer information accurately in the system.
- Forward complex issues to the relevant team for resolution.
- Strive to provide a positive experience throughout all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving capability to manage issues calmly and constructively.
- Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with customer service software tools.
- Capacity to perform well in a high-paced working environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
