Role Overview
The Customer Support Executive will play a vital role in understanding and addressing customer needs by offering effective solutions. This role involves engaging with customers regarding online product or service orders, assisting in product choices, and managing customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries related to online merchandise or service orders.
- Support customers in selecting products, answering fundamental questions, and recommending available product options.
- Record customer issues accurately in the ticketing system.
- Ensure quick and proper resolution of queries by offering additional information or escalating to appropriate teams following set procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service skills, focusing on customer issues in a high-paced environment.
- Show empathy towards customers and effectively prioritize their needs.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills while interacting with a diverse customer base.
- Take ownership of resolving difficult customer issues and escalate when required.
Salary Details
The position offers a monthly compensation between 30000 and 40000 INR.
